New to Israel? You'll Feel at Home Here

You don't need Hebrew to train with us. Our coach and many of our members speak English, and every technique is taught by demonstration first – you watch, you copy, you drill. Within one session you'll be following along like everyone else.

We train a lot of people who've recently moved to Israel, along with students, hi-tech workers and travellers passing through. Walking into a gym in a new country takes a bit of courage. We know that, and we make the first session easy.

In&Out, Nice to Meet You

In&Out is a Muay Thai academy in Rishon LeZion. We run group classes, semi-private sessions and one-on-one training, for women and men alike.

Classes are led by Eden Elimelech, Israeli National Champion and European Vice-Champion. He works with you personally as you progress, pushes you past whatever you thought your limit was, and gets you to the best results you're capable of.

The sessions are hard. They're also a lot of fun, which is the part people don't expect.

Our Muay Thai Training

Any age, any level

Training gets adapted to your own fitness and ability, so everyone finds their own way to get something out of it. Total beginners and experienced fighters train under the same roof, in the same room.

Never the same class twice

Sessions are dynamic and varied. Different techniques, partner drills, exercises that will test you. You won't get bored.

Compete if you want to

If competing appeals to you, the option is there. You can enter Muay Thai competitions and test yourself against fighters from other clubs. Sparring runs at the gym every other week.

A session runs about an hour. Here's how it goes.

Warm-up

Skipping, footwork, mobility work. Gets your body ready for what's coming.

Technique

The coach demonstrates a punch, kick, elbow, knee or a clinch position, then breaks it down piece by piece.

Pads and bag work

You drill what you just learned, on the heavy bag or on pads with a partner. This is where most of the sweat happens.

Strength and core

We take this seriously. There's a pull-up bar, parallel bars, medicine balls and weights.

Cool-down and stretching

Sparring

Sparring is a separate thing and it runs every other week. Nobody gets pushed into it. Plenty of people here have trained for years purely for the fitness and have never once fought.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The coaching is available in English, and most of Muay Thai gets taught by demonstration anyway. You see the technique, then you drill it. Language has never stopped anyone from training with us.

Yes. Classes are for women and men alike, and we've got women training with us across every age group and every level. Muay Thai is a very good self-defence tool for women.

Yes, and most people don't have any. We give specific attention to beginners and work through the basics from scratch.

Bring gloves or guards if you've got them at home. If you haven't, that's fine, we'll provide gear for your first few sessions. You can buy your own at the gym later, at good prices.

Yes. Building strength alongside technique matters a lot, so the gym has a pull-up bar, parallel bars, medicine balls and weights.

Kickboxing uses punches and kicks. Muay Thai, sometimes called Thai boxing or "the art of eight limbs", adds elbows, knees and clinch work on top, which makes it a more complete stand-up striking system. If you've done kickboxing before, you'll pick up Muay Thai quickly.

Yes, every other week. Those are the sessions where you practise actual fighting and put everything you've learned to use. Taking part is entirely up to you.

Two or three if you're starting out. More advanced members go more often, depending on what they're aiming for.

Completely normal, and a lot of our members are in exactly that category. They come for the conditioning, the confidence and to burn off stress. You don't need any ambition to compete to get everything out of these classes.

Yes. That's the whole point of it. Come feel the atmosphere, meet the team, work out whether it suits you. No pressure and nothing to sign.

There's a small one-off fee, nothing close to the price of a membership. Get in touch and we'll tell you exactly what it is and book you into the next suitable class.

We'll figure that out in your first session. We'll get to know you, understand your background and what you're after, and put you in the group that fits. Beginners, intermediate or advanced.
